Jason has over 25 years of experience in the landscape and construction industry. Jason (along with Steve Geney) built ASP, Inc on three factors; commonsense, practicality and customer service. He continues to look ahead and lead ASP, Inc through all storm water management challenges in order to provide customers 100% compliance and affordable BMPs on their projects.

Marilyn is ASP, Inc CEO and works as our Payroll Administrator and Administrative Assistant. She specializes in Certified Payroll, Preliminary Notices and performs many other duties in the Accounting Department at ASP, Inc.

Kevin manages ASP, Inc. QSP’s and projects throughout Northern California. He specializes in storm water management and works closely with Property Managers, Municipalities, General Contractors and Caltrans. Kevin is also responsible for facilitating and performing the new Industrial General Permit requirements that came into effect July 1, 2015.

Steve has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience in working with engineering contractors, general building contractors, subcontractors and wholesale supply contractors adds value to ASP,Inc’s team. Steve provides a “hands on” approach to all of the management and financial accounting issues at ASP, Inc.

Brian assists our clients and performs the required weekly inspections, both written and visual (all Risk Levels) as well as REAP (Rain Event Action Plans), Turbidity and pH testing for Risk Level 2 and 3 sites. Brian is also responsible for facilitating and performing the new Industrial General Permit requirements that came into effect July 1, 2015.
